Yountsville Church
Yountsville, Indiana was a successful sugar milling community in the 19th century. The quaint little town sits right off the banks of Sugar Creek, about five miles out of Crawfordsville.
With Yountsville being a booming town in the early 1800s, they needed a church, so they built one. It was finished in the 1840s and operated until 2011 when a fire, unfortunately, destroyed it. Today, workers are constructing another church on the same site. |
